20's Black Velvet Embroidered Cloche Hat artisan leather belt 1950’s Lurex column dressVery ornate black velvet cloche, flapper style. Front crown holds a puff of velvet topknot. Sides are embroidered in a moss green with 3 small areas of matching faux fur on each side. All this work was hand done. Crown is pleated and the back has a long open pleat.
